Order Processing

  • All confirmed retail orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business day.

  • We ship on weekdays (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery estimate begins from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

High Volume & Holiday Shipping Expectations During peak promotional periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday Sales), order processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volume and carrier network congestion.

  • Extended Processing: Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.

  • Extended Delivery: Carrier transit times often increase during these periods. We recommend allowing an additional 3-5 business days beyond standard estimates for your package to arrive.

Shipping Destinations

  • United States: We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

While we rely on our shipping partners to provide excellent service, delays can occasionally occur.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at contact@alphardgolf.com. Please include your name and order number in your email so we can investigate the matter for you promptly.
