Love the freedom to walk with the V2. Used to toggle between push cart and carrying and found both not so comfortable. The cart seat with the V2 is a hands down unbeatable combination for its stability (wide base), versatility and from what I have seen of my friends’ V2s its durability as well. Don’t feel tired anymore! Have not tried sidekick yet but see it useful only on courses that have few curbs. Highly recommended with or without Sidekick. Only issue I have is sometimes remote buttons get activated in pocket inadvertently while not in use. This can sometimes be problematic causing the V2 in hitting others or nearby carts etc. So leave it on the cart when not in use!

This product has really helped improve my back pain and my game. It is a game changer. This device is easy to use and highly recommended. Only suggestion is to order two batteries, especially golf quite a bit like do. Best gift I’ve ever received!!

Awesome product so far! Wish i got it sooner. Makes walking so much more enjoyable and using my own push cart which has all the amenities i want is much better than other motorized cart models.

I tried this for the first time in mid December in Massachusetts. I walked a rather hilly course and the sidekick had my cart right next to me. I had no fatigue after 18 holes and the cart followed me wherever I went. It was such a great day on the course and can’t wait to use it again.

It took a little while to learn how to properly operate once set up (in back yard). Haven't had a chance to use on the golf course yet but it should be quite helpful (and fun).

First time out I had problems that were my fault, I mounted the sidekick on the handle of my sun mountain micro cart.
The clubs interfered with the operation and I had left the bag clip at home.
The next time out with the sidekick mounted in front it worked perfectly, switching from behind to right or left depending on terrain. It even followed me over a bridge on a water hole.
I just keep the remote in my back pocket.
I was able to enjoy a cigar and a beer while walking.
The following mode is great.

I always walk when I play golf (4to 5 times a week ) and some of the courses in the northeast are quite hilly so I bought the V2 with the follow feature and couldn’t be happier it works great easy to set up and I have a lot of energy throughout the round. I’m not pushing hunched over to get up hills and not running down hills with the old push cart. So far I have not had any problems with the V2 so I am very happy with the purchase and do recommend buying this.

Love it! Easy to add the brackets. Easy to setup out of my car. Simple to steer and stop and set a direction and go. Was a joy to walk without carrying or pushing the cart. Like golf when I was a kid, and the way golf is meant to be played, walking. Highly recommend!

Really enjoy the Alphard. I have been watching this for over a year. I bought with the sidekick. I tried 2 rounds with the sidekick and really don’t like it. A little finicky. I don’t trust it with it running either to the right or left and certainly do not like it behind. Every time I looked back I turned and then the cart turned. It must be a learned skill I may return the sidekick. For the main remote and motor- this is awesome. I have walked 5-7 rounds already with it and I finish the round not tired at all. Makes the hills a non-issue and the fatigue on my back pushing the cart all disappear. Best part is being able to walk upright and not hunched over pushing a cart. Also steering the bag to the ball up to 35-50 yards ahead and parking is awesome. Keeps you occupied on the walk to your ball.
I have the Costco Caddytek and the brackets sent with it worked perfectly.

I have now used my Alphard V2 + Sidekick for five rounds. I am still amazed at how great this thing is. It is as close to having a caddie as possible. The Sidekick sometimes gets disoriented when you walk too far away, but you start to learn when you need to stop and let it find you again close by. I already have others in my group looking into ordering them after seeing mine. It makes walking a breeze, whether using the Sidekick or the remote.

The club booster is really awesome and I’ve found myself using it without the sidekick. The sidekick is cool, but I tend to walk fast and I feel like it had a hard time keeping up with me when I tried it around my yard. For me, it’s super easy to just use the remote, and for that it’s amazing. Easy installation as well. I highly recommend.

I know it’s been said many times by other reviewers but…single best golf related purchase I’ve ever made! V2 plus sidekick bundle with my existing bagboy tri-swivel cart has given me a premium performing electric pushcart at half the price or less! I will never rent a buggy again! Walking 18 has gone from too much for me to handle to an absolute breeze. Thank you Alphard!!!
